STRATEGIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN CHINA CATALYST HOLDING (CCH) AND DALIAN INSTITUTE OF CHEMICAL PHYSICS (CAS)

   China Catalyst Holding (CCH) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (CAS). The two parties will establish strategic partnerships in the fields of new energy, energy and chemicals, fine chemicals, new materials and other sectors, and push to create a benign interaction mechanism for technical innovation, industrial innovation and talent cultivation in order to complement each other’s advantages, and achieve mutual benefit that allows both organizations to develop and thrive. Under the guidance of the energy policy and the science and technology development plan of China, the parties will jointly push forward the construction of Liaoning Coastal Laboratory, and establish the “Joint New Catalytic Materials R&D Center of Liaoning Coastal Laboratory”.

 

         Mr. Xiang Renyong, General Manager of CCH and Mr. Zhang Chen, Chief of the Scientific and Technological Cooperation Department of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics signed the agreement on behalf of the two sides. Attendees included Mr. Wang Shengqiu, Deputy Director-Chief of the Department of Science & Technology of Liaoning Province, Mr. Song Xingkui, Chief of the Department for High-Tech Enterprise Cultivating Department, Mr. Yuan Chi and Mr. Zhao Hongzhi, who are Director-General and Deputy Director-General of Dalian Technology Bureau respectively, Mr. Li Jin, Chairman of CCH, and Mr. Li Xianfeng, Deputy Director of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics.

 

         Mr. Yuan Chi, Director-General of Dalian Technology Bureau, said: “Focusing on and constructing major scientific and technical projects and first-rate laboratories in major sectors is critical for implementing the innovation-driven development strategy and boosting technical innovation.” 2023 is the first year of full implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and the first year in which Liaoning will implement the “Three-Year Campaign for New Breakthroughs in Full Revitalization”, and also a critical year for Dalian to implement the “14th Five-Year” plan and the target of “GDP Exceeding RMB 1 Trillion in Three Years”. To accomplish those targets and tasks, we must be science and technology oriented, and rely on the formidable support of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, CCH, and other innovative entities.

 

         Mr. Li Jin, Chairman of CCH, said: “CCH will deepen the cooperation with Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics in building the Joint R&D Center into an important platform to attract a cluster of talents for technical innovation.” CCH always takes innovation of product and technology as its top strategic development policy, and will deepen its cooperation with Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics to boost the development of the catalytic chemicals industry and stride toward its strategic objective of sustainable development.
